Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help a website function, remember preferences, keep you logged in, improve security, measure usage, personalise content or support advertising and marketing activities.
In addition to cookies, Frontrows may use similar technologies, including:
localStorage, which stores data in your browser without a fixed automatic expiry date;
sessionStorage, which stores data in your browser for the duration of a browsing session;
pixels, such as marketing or analytics pixels that help measure interactions;
tags and scripts, such as analytics scripts, tag manager scripts or anti-abuse scripts;
server logs and technical identifiers used for security, diagnostics and fraud prevention;
SDKs or APIs used by third-party providers to support authentication, payments, analytics, advertising, anti-abuse or platform functionality.
In this Cookie Policy, we use the word "cookies" broadly to refer to cookies and similar technologies, unless the context requires a more specific meaning.
We use cookies and similar technologies for several purposes, including:
to operate the website and platform;
to allow users to log in and stay logged in;
to keep authentication sessions secure;
to remember language and interface preferences;
to support checkout, payment and messaging flows;
to protect the platform from spam, bots, fraud and abuse;
to measure website and product performance;
to understand how users interact with Frontrows;
to improve functionality, reliability and user experience;
to measure advertising campaigns and marketing performance;
to support remarketing or advertising audiences where permitted by law and consented by the user.
Frontrows may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
strictly necessary technologies;
preference technologies;
analytics technologies;
marketing and advertising technologies;
security and anti-abuse technologies;
payment and checkout-related technologies.
Strictly necessary technologies are required for Frontrows to work and cannot be disabled through our cookie banner. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are used only according to your consent choices where consent is required.
Strictly necessary technologies are required to provide the service you request and to make the platform function properly. These technologies may be used without your prior consent where allowed by applicable law.
Strictly necessary technologies may be used for:
account registration and login;
authentication and session management;
security and fraud prevention;
checkout and payment flow continuity;
remembering essential privacy or cookie consent choices;
load balancing, infrastructure routing and platform stability;
basic error prevention, debugging and service availability;
preventing spam, bots, abuse and unauthorised access.
For example, Supabase authentication may use browser storage to keep you logged in and maintain secure sessions. PayPal may use cookies or similar technologies to support secure payment flows, fraud prevention and checkout functionality. Cloudflare or Vercel may process technical signals for security, performance and infrastructure purposes.
If you disable strictly necessary technologies through your browser settings, parts of Frontrows may not work correctly. You may be unable to log in, send messages, complete payments, change preferences or use certain features.
Preference technologies help Frontrows remember choices that improve your experience but are not always essential to the core operation of the platform.
These technologies may be used for:
remembering your language preference;
remembering interface preferences;
remembering cookie consent choices;
remembering region or display preferences where applicable.
For example, Frontrows may use i18next or a similar language system to remember whether you prefer the English or Italian version of the platform.
Analytics technologies help us understand how users access and use Frontrows, which pages are visited, which features are used, where errors occur, and how the platform can be improved.
Where required by law, analytics technologies are used only after you provide consent through our cookie banner or consent management mechanism.
Analytics technologies may collect or process information such as:
page views;
device type;
browser type and version;
operating system;
approximate location inferred from IP address;
referring pages or campaign parameters;
interaction events, such as clicks, scrolls or page engagement;
technical performance events;
cookie identifiers or analytics identifiers;
aggregated or pseudonymous usage statistics.
Frontrows may use Google Analytics 4 or similar analytics tools to measure site and product performance. Google's information about how Google Analytics collects and processes data is available at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7318509?hl=en. Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Analytics data helps us improve the platform, detect technical issues, understand product usage and make better design, performance and business decisions.
Frontrows may use Google Tag Manager to manage scripts, tags and pixels on the website.
Google Tag Manager is a tag management system. It helps us configure and control when certain tags are loaded, such as analytics tags, marketing tags or conversion measurement tags.
Google Tag Manager itself does not determine whether analytics or marketing tags are lawful. Frontrows is responsible for configuring Google Tag Manager so that non-essential analytics and marketing tags are loaded only according to your consent preferences where consent is required.
If you reject non-essential cookies, Google Tag Manager should not be used to load analytics or marketing tags that require consent. Strictly necessary tags may still be loaded where required for security, consent management or essential platform functionality.
You can read Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Marketing and advertising technologies help us measure advertising campaigns, understand whether ads lead to visits or signups, create or measure audiences, and improve marketing effectiveness.
Where required by law, marketing and advertising technologies are used only after you provide consent through our cookie banner or consent management mechanism.
Marketing and advertising technologies may collect or process information such as:
page views and website interactions;
events such as signups, profile visits, button clicks, checkout starts or other conversion events;
device and browser information;
cookie identifiers, pixel identifiers or advertising identifiers;
IP address or approximate location;
referral source, campaign parameters or ad click identifiers;
information used to measure campaign performance or build advertising audiences where allowed.
Frontrows may use Meta Pixel or similar Meta Business Tools to measure advertising performance and support marketing activities. Meta's Business Tools Terms are available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/technology_terms. Meta's Data Processing Terms are available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/dataprocessing. Meta's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
If you reject marketing cookies, Frontrows will not intentionally load marketing pixels or advertising tags that require consent. However, you may still see advertising for Frontrows on third-party platforms based on information collected independently by those platforms or based on non-personal, contextual or aggregated data.
Frontrows may use analytics and advertising tools to measure conversions, such as registrations, profile visits, checkout starts, completed payments or other relevant product events.
Conversion measurement helps us understand whether campaigns, pages and platform flows are working correctly. Where conversion measurement relies on non-essential cookies, pixels or advertising identifiers, it is used only according to your consent choices where consent is required.
Some conversion measurement may be performed using aggregated, anonymised or privacy-preserving methods. Other conversion tools may involve third-party providers such as Google or Meta, depending on the tools enabled.
Frontrows may use security and anti-abuse technologies to protect the platform, users, accounts, payments and messaging flows from spam, bots, fraud, unauthorised access, abuse, scraping, suspicious behaviour and other security risks.
Security and anti-abuse technologies may process information such as:
IP address;
browser and device information;
operating system and language settings;
interaction signals;
login attempts;
request frequency and rate limits;
security logs and error logs;
approximate location inferred from IP address;
fraud prevention or bot detection signals.
These technologies are generally considered necessary for security, fraud prevention and platform integrity. Where strictly necessary, they may be used without consent where permitted by applicable law.
Frontrows may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar anti-abuse technologies to protect registration, login, forms, checkout, messaging and other sensitive areas of the platform.
If reCAPTCHA or a similar service is enabled, the provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser data, device data, cookies, interaction signals and other information needed to determine whether an interaction is likely to be performed by a human user or an automated system.
The use of Google reCAPTCHA may be subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/terms.
Because anti-abuse tools protect the platform from fraud, bots and malicious activity, disabling them may prevent you from registering, logging in, sending messages, completing payments or using certain features.
Frontrows uses PayPal to process payments, authorisations, cancellations, platform credits, monetary refunds where applicable, fraud checks, checkout sessions and recipient payouts.
Payment and checkout technologies may be necessary to:
open a secure checkout session;
load the PayPal JS SDK buttons in the checkout page;
process payment authorisation and capture;
prevent fraud and unauthorised payments;
detect suspicious payment behaviour;
manage platform credits, monetary refunds and payment disputes;
support payout profile management and recipient payouts;
comply with PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, payment provider rules and legal obligations.
PayPal may set cookies, browser storage entries, session identifiers and similar technologies when you load the PayPal JS SDK, interact with a PayPal checkout button or complete a PayPal payment. These technologies are used by PayPal for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, compliance and checkout purposes. PayPal's Privacy Statement is available at paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.
If you block payment-related cookies or scripts, you may not be able to complete payments, receive platform credits or receive payouts.
Frontrows may use localStorage and sessionStorage to store information in your browser. These technologies are similar to cookies because they allow the website to remember information on your device, but they work differently from traditional cookies.
LocalStorage may remain in your browser until you delete it, clear your browser data or the website removes it. SessionStorage usually remains available only during the current browser session.
Frontrows may use browser storage for purposes such as:
authentication sessions and login continuity;
security and account protection;
language preference;
cookie consent preferences;
temporary interface state;
checkout or messaging flow continuity;
fiscal identity and payout settings drafts, to preserve partially completed billing forms between sessions (stored under keys prefixed withpg:billing:fiscal: and pg:billing:payout:); these drafts may contain personal data including name, tax ID, VAT number, billing country, payout method, IBAN and PayPal email; they are deleted after successful save;
technical debugging and platform functionality.
For example, Supabase authentication may store session tokens in browser storage to keep you logged in and maintain secure authentication flows. If you clear browser storage, you may be logged out or may need to set your preferences again.
Frontrows may display a cookie banner or consent management interface when you first visit the website or when your consent preferences need to be updated.
The cookie banner may allow you to:
accept all cookies and similar technologies;
reject all non-essential cookies and similar technologies;
customise your preferences by category;
change your preferences at a later time.
Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the cookie banner because they are required for the website, security, authentication, payment flows, consent management or basic platform functionality.
Analytics and marketing technologies are loaded only according to your consent choices where consent is required. If you reject analytics or marketing technologies, Frontrows will not intentionally load those tags or pixels before consent.
Our cookie banner may use categories such as:
Necessary: required for the website and platform to function. These are always active.
Preferences: used to remember choices such as language or interface settings.
Analytics: used to understand how visitors and users interact with Frontrows and to improve the service.
Marketing: used to measure advertising performance, support remarketing and improve marketing campaigns.
Security: used to prevent fraud, bots, spam, unauthorised access and abuse.
Some technologies may fall into more than one category depending on how they are configured and used. For example, a security technology may be strictly necessary, while an analytics technology may require consent.
You can change your cookie preferences through the cookie settings tool made available on Frontrows, where available.
If a cookie settings link or button is available in the footer, Cookie Policy page or privacy area, you can use it to reopen your cookie preferences and update your choices.
You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
view cookies stored on your device;
delete cookies from a specific website;
block third-party cookies;
block all cookies;
clear localStorage and sessionStorage;
set preferences for tracking protection;
receive warnings before cookies are stored.
If you delete cookies or browser storage, you may be logged out, your language preference may be reset, your cookie preferences may need to be selected again, and some features may not work correctly.
You can usually manage cookies and browser storage directly from your browser settings. The exact steps depend on the browser and device you use.
You can find more information in the support pages of common browsers:
Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
Safari: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies-and-website-data-sfri11471/mac

Browser settings are independent from Frontrows. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to set your preferences separately on each browser and device.
Some third-party providers offer their own privacy, advertising or opt-out tools. These tools are managed by the relevant third party and may not replace the cookie choices you make on Frontrows.

Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Meta privacy and ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/
European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool: https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/
Using a third-party opt-out tool may not disable all cookies or all data processing, especially for strictly necessary technologies, security, payment, fraud prevention or platform functionality.
Some browsers or devices may offer "Do Not Track" signals or similar global privacy controls. There is not always a common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals.
Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, Frontrows may take recognised privacy signals into account. However, the most reliable way to manage non-essential cookies on Frontrows is to use our cookie banner or cookie settings tool.
If you are logged in to Frontrows, some cookie and storage technologies may be connected to your account or session. This may be necessary to keep you logged in, secure your account, display your profile, support messaging flows, process payments and remember your preferences.
Where you give consent to analytics or marketing technologies while logged in, certain usage events may be associated with your account or with pseudonymous identifiers, depending on the tool configuration and applicable law.
If you log out, delete cookies or clear browser storage, some account-related identifiers may be removed from your device, but server-side records may still be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
If you visit Frontrows without logging in, we may still use strictly necessary technologies, security technologies, preference technologies and, where consented, analytics or marketing technologies.
Non-logged-in usage may still involve technical data such as IP address, browser information, page views, device type, approximate location, cookie identifiers or consent preferences.
Where analytics or marketing consent is not given, Frontrows will not intentionally load non-essential analytics or marketing technologies that require consent.
In addition to browser-based cookies and storage, Frontrows and its infrastructure providers may process server logs and technical records.
Server logs may include:
IP address;
request URL;
date and time of request;
browser and device information;
HTTP status codes;
referrer information;
error information;
security and performance data.
Server logs are used for security, diagnostics, debugging, performance, infrastructure management, abuse prevention and legal compliance. Server logs may be processed by providers such as Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase or other infrastructure providers.
The cookies and similar technologies used by Frontrows may change over time as we update the platform, add or remove features, change providers, improve security, update analytics, modify marketing tools or comply with legal requirements.
We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies or similar technologies changes materially.
If we introduce new non-essential analytics or marketing technologies that require consent, we will request consent where required by applicable law before using those technologies.
This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies. Our Privacy Policy explains more broadly how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data.
Information collected through cookies and similar technologies may be personal data under applicable law. Where it is personal data, it is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
You can read more about data categories, legal bases, service providers, international transfers, retention and privacy rights in our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technologies, providers, consent tools, platform features, legal requirements or our data practices.
When we update this Cookie Policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, for example through the platform, by email, by banner or by requesting updated consent where appropriate.
Your continued use of Frontrows after an updated Cookie Policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
