Frontrows is a digital platform that enables users to create profiles, discover other users and exchange paid messages and replies within the platform.
Frontrows provides the technical infrastructure for profiles, messaging, payment flows, moderation, notifications, recipient payout workflows and related digital features.
Frontrows does not act as an employer, agent, manager, talent agency, tax representative, withholding agent, financial advisor, legal advisor, accountant, professional advisor, co-author or publisher of user-generated content, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Users act independently when they create profiles, send messages, reply to messages, publish content, receive payments, receive payouts or interact with other users.
Each user remains responsible for their own conduct, content, tax position, declarations, legal obligations and compliance with applicable laws.

Privacy Policy, which explains how Frontrows collects, uses, stores and shares personal data;

By using Frontrows, creating an account, publishing a profile, sending or receiving a paid message, proceeding to payment or receiving a payout, you agree to the applicable legal documents and platform rules.
Frontrows provides a software platform that enables interactions between users. Frontrows is not normally a party to the personal, professional, artistic, commercial or social relationship between users, except for providing the platform, processing platform fees, facilitating payments and enforcing platform rules.
Frontrows may charge a platform fee for paid messages and other monetised features. Unless otherwise stated, the Frontrows platform fee for paid messages is 20% of the relevant transaction amount.
Payments and payouts are processed through PayPal. Users who receive payouts must provide a valid payout method (PayPal or bank transfer) and complete any fiscal identity and billing information required by Frontrows.
Frontrows may moderate, restrict, remove, reject or block content or activity to operate the platform safely, comply with law, enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, protect users and protect the integrity of the service.
Frontrows may host, display, transmit, process or moderate user-generated content, including profiles, biographies, images, social links, messages, replies and other materials submitted by users.
Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, send or otherwise make available through Frontrows.
Users must ensure that their content is lawful, accurate, not misleading, not harmful, not abusive, and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Frontrows does not pre-approve all user-generated content and does not guarantee that user content is lawful, accurate, safe, appropriate or compliant with our Terms.
Frontrows may restrict, remove, reject, hide, disable or report user-generated content where we reasonably believe that it violates our Terms, applicable law, payment provider rules, safety standards or platform policies.
Users may be able to create public or semi-public profiles on Frontrows.
Profile information may include a display name, artist name, biography, profile image, cover image, gallery images, social links, public profile URL, SEO metadata and other information chosen by the user.
Some profile information may be visible to other users, visitors, search engines and third-party services. Users should not publish information that they do not want to be publicly accessible.
Frontrows may restrict, hide, remove or disable profile content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, adult, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, unsafe, non-compliant or otherwise prohibited.
Frontrows may allow users to send paid messages to other users.
Paid messages are subject to platform rules, payment processing and moderation. A message may be moderated before delivery. If a message is rejected before delivery, the payment authorisation may be cancelled and the sender may not be charged.
If a message is approved and delivered, the recipient may have the displayed deadline to reply. If the recipient declines or does not reply within the applicable deadline, the sender may receive a full refund according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If a reply is delivered, the paid messaging service is considered completed. After delivery of the reply, ordinary refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law or where Frontrows decides to make an exception.
Frontrows may use automated systems, AI moderation, manual review and technical controls to detect, prevent, restrict or remove prohibited content and conduct.
Moderation may apply to paid messages, replies, profiles, links, reports, transactions or other platform activity, depending on the feature and risk involved.
Moderation may check for categories including sexual or adult content, minor safety risks, harassment, hate, violence, illegal activity, self-harm, spam, off-platform contact attempts, suspicious payment behaviour, money laundering risk, manipulation, privacy risks and other policy risks.
AI moderation is not perfect. It may fail to detect some harmful content or may incorrectly flag content that is lawful or acceptable. Frontrows may use manual review where appropriate, including for abuse reports, disputes, legal requests, safety concerns, payment issues or platform integrity.

Frontrows must not be used for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, adult, exploitative, infringing or non-compliant content or conduct.
The following are prohibited on Frontrows:
sexual, erotic, pornographic, adult or explicit content;
content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, harmful, unsafe or illegal context;
harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation or repeated unwanted contact;
hate speech or discriminatory content based on protected characteristics;
violence, threats of violence or graphic violent content;
self-harm instructions, suicide encouragement or dangerous instructions;
illegal goods, illegal services, illegal activity or requests to commit unlawful acts;
fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, misleading identity or deceptive conduct;
money laundering, suspicious payment behaviour or fake transactions;
off-platform payment attempts or attempts to bypass Frontrows fees and payment flows;
sharing private contact details to bypass the platform;
spam, mass messaging, automated messaging or irrelevant promotional content;
manipulation, coercion, blackmail, doxxing, reputational threats or extortion;
publication or transmission of personal data of third parties without a lawful basis;
publication or transmission of unnecessary sensitive personal data, identity documents, passwords, banking credentials or private information;
copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit goods, piracy or unauthorised use of music, images, videos, names, brands or likenesses;
malware, scraping, credential harvesting, unauthorised access or attempts to disrupt the service;
gambling, betting, unlicensed financial services, high-risk investment schemes, crypto scams or misleading money-making schemes;
content or conduct that violates payment provider rules, card network rules, sanctions, export controls or applicable law.
This list is not exhaustive. Frontrows may restrict or remove any content or activity that we reasonably consider harmful, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, non-compliant or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
Frontrows is not an adult content platform. Users must not use Frontrows to publish, request, promote, sell, link to or facilitate pornographic, erotic, sexually explicit, adult entertainment, escort, cam, fetish, fan-subscription adult or similar content or services.
Frontrows may block, remove or restrict links to adult platforms, pornographic websites, cam websites, adult fan-subscription platforms, adult link aggregators, illegal services, scam services, suspicious payment services, counterfeit goods, gambling, malware, phishing pages or other prohibited destinations.
This restriction may include, without limitation, platforms similar to OnlyFans, Fansly, adult cam websites, pornographic websites and adult link-in-bio services.
Attempts to bypass blocked domains, disguise prohibited links, use URL shorteners to hide prohibited destinations, or direct users to prohibited external services may result in content removal, payment restriction, payout restriction, account suspension or termination.
Frontrows provides a paid messaging infrastructure. Users must not use Frontrows to bypass the platform's payment, moderation or communication systems.
Users must not request, share, promote or facilitate off-platform payments in connection with paid messages or platform interactions, including payments through bank transfer, PayPal, crypto wallets, payment links, external checkout pages, gift cards, cash apps or other external payment methods.
Users must not use paid messages, replies, profiles or links to move conversations to external contact channels for the purpose of avoiding Frontrows fees, moderation, safety controls or payment rules.
This includes sharing phone numbers, email addresses, private social handles, messaging app usernames, private community links or other external contact details where the purpose is to bypass Frontrows.
Frontrows may moderate, reject, remove or restrict content or messages that attempt off-platform payment or contact bypass. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension, payout restriction or termination.
Payments on Frontrows are processed through PayPal.
Unless otherwise displayed, the Frontrows platform fee for paid messages is 20% of the relevant transaction amount.
PayPal processing fees are deducted from the recipient's payout amount unless Frontrows displays a different fee allocation for a specific feature, transaction, country or payment method.
To receive payouts, users must maintain a valid Frontrows payout profile. Frontrows currently supports two payout methods: PayPal (a valid PayPal account email) and bank transfer (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code and account holder name).
Payouts are processed manually by Frontrows, generally around the 15th of the following calendar month, for all completed messages. Frontrows may not be able to release payouts if the payout profile is incomplete, the payout method is invalid, fiscal identity information is missing, or a transaction is under review, disputed, refunded, reversed or blocked.
Users receiving payouts are responsible for their own taxes, invoices, declarations, accounting, social security, business registrations, professional obligations and any other fiscal or legal obligations arising from amounts received through Frontrows.
Frontrows does not act as an employer, withholding agent, substitute tax agent, fiscal representative, accountant, tax advisor or financial advisor for users or recipients.
Refunds, cancellations and payment outcomes are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
As a general summary:
if a paid message is rejected by moderation before delivery, the related payment authorisation may be cancelled and the sender may not be charged;
if the recipient declines the message after delivery, the sender will automatically receive platform credit equal to the amount paid;
if the recipient does not reply within the applicable deadline, the sender will automatically receive platform credit equal to the amount paid;
if a reply is delivered, the paid messaging service is considered completed and ordinary refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law or where Frontrows decides to make an exception.
Platform credit for declined or expired messages is issued automatically. Where a monetary refund is required by law or PayPal Buyer Protection, Frontrows will honour that requirement. Frontrows cannot guarantee the exact time required for a monetary refund to appear.
If you believe that a user, profile, message, reply, link, payment request or other content violates our Terms, creates a safety risk or may be unlawful, you can report it to [email protected].
Your report should include enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue, such as:
the transaction reference or message reference, as displayed in your Expenses section or in the email notification you received;
the profile URL, username or account involved;
a clear description of the issue;
why you believe the content or conduct violates our Terms or applicable law;
your contact email, if you want us to follow up.
Frontrows may review reports and take action where appropriate, including no action, requesting more information, warning a user, removing content, rejecting a message, restricting a profile, suspending an account, blocking payouts, reporting to providers or authorities, or taking other measures.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome for every report. We may not be able to share details of our investigation, especially where doing so would affect privacy, security, legal obligations, fraud prevention or the rights of other users.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Frontrows may process personal data for account creation, authentication, profile management, paid messaging, replies, payments, payouts, moderation, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, support, transactional emails, analytics, marketing where consented, legal compliance and platform security.
Messages and replies may be processed for delivery, moderation, payment, support, safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance and platform integrity. Some message and reply content may be analysed by automated systems or third-party AI providers for moderation and safety purposes.
Users must not use Frontrows to unlawfully collect, publish, share, sell or misuse personal data of other users or third parties.
Frontrows may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the platform, keep users logged in, remember preferences, protect security, process payments, measure analytics and support marketing activities where permitted.
Strictly necessary technologies may be used without consent where allowed by applicable law. Analytics and marketing technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel where enabled, are used according to user consent preferences where consent is required.

Frontrows, including its software, platform design, interface, features, code, databases, workflows, logos, trademarks, trade names, branding, visual elements, documentation and other materials, is owned by Frontrows or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may access and use Frontrows only for its intended purpose and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, resell, exploit, frame, mirror or create derivative works from Frontrows or any part of the platform, except where expressly permitted by law or by Frontrows in writing.
Users retain ownership of the rights they hold in their own content, but grant Frontrows the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, analyse and use that content as needed to operate the platform.
Frontrows relies on third-party services to operate the platform, including payment processors, hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, email providers, AI providers, analytics tools, anti-abuse tools and other infrastructure or technology providers.
These third-party services may have their own terms, policies and privacy notices. Your use of Frontrows may require interaction with or be subject to the terms of such third parties, especially PayPal for payments and payouts.

Frontrows may contain links to external websites, social profiles, music platforms, payment pages, profile links or third-party services.
External links may be provided by Frontrows or by users as part of user-generated content.
Frontrows does not control and is not responsible for external websites or third-party services. External websites may have their own terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, content rules, payment rules and security practices.
Users access external links at their own risk. Frontrows may block or remove links that violate our Terms or create platform, legal, safety, security or compliance risk.
Frontrows is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep the platform reliable and accessible, but we do not guarantee that Frontrows will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fast or compatible with every device, browser or location.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, remove or discontinue any part of Frontrows at any time, including features, flows, pricing options, platform tools, payment methods, messaging tools, moderation rules, analytics tools, profile features or other platform components.
We may perform maintenance, updates, bug fixes, security patches, infrastructure changes and emergency interventions. These activities may temporarily affect availability or functionality.
