These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frontrows, including the website, platform, pages, features, messaging tools, payment flows, platform features and related services available at frontrows.io and related subdomains, applications or interfaces.
Frontrows is operated by FRONTROWS TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO ("Frontrows", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using Frontrows, creating an account, publishing a profile, sending or receiving a paid message, completing a payment, receiving a payout, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Frontrows.

Frontrows is a digital software platform that enables users to create profiles, discover other users, and exchange paid messages and replies within the platform.
Frontrows provides the technical infrastructure that allows users to interact, send messages, receive replies, make payments, receive payouts where eligible, and use related platform features. Frontrows does not act as an employer, agent, manager, talent agency, tax representative, withholding agent, financial advisor, professional advisor, co-author or publisher of user-generated content, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Users act independently when they create profiles, publish content, set prices, send messages, reply to messages, receive payments or interact with other users. Each user remains responsible for their own conduct, content, tax position, declarations, legal obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
Frontrows may moderate, restrict, remove, reject or block content or activity in order to operate the platform safely, comply with law, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, protect users and protect the integrity of the service.
You accept these Terms when you access or use Frontrows, create an account, continue using the platform, publish or edit a profile, send or receive a message, make or receive a payment, or click a button or checkbox indicating acceptance.
During registration, checkout, payment or other platform flows, we may ask you to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Refund Policy.
Before completing a paid message payment, Frontrows may display a notice explaining that the message is subject to moderation, that rejected messages may not be charged, that refunds may apply if the recipient declines or does not reply within the applicable deadline, and that the service is considered completed once a reply is delivered.
If you use Frontrows on behalf of a company, organisation, artist project, business, agency or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" may refer both to you personally and to the entity you represent.
These Terms should be read together with the following policies:
Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data;
Cookie Policy, which explains how cookies and similar technologies are used;
Refund Policy, which explains when payments are cancelled or refunded;
Legal Notice or Company Information page, which provides company and contact details;
any additional guidelines, notices, rules or instructions displayed in the platform before using a specific feature.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy or feature notice, the more specific rule will apply to that feature, unless otherwise required by law.
Frontrows is not intended for children under 13 years of age. You must have the minimum age required by the laws applicable to you to use online services and validly accept these Terms, or you must use Frontrows with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
If you are a minor under the laws applicable to you, you may use Frontrows only if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms and agrees to be responsible for your use of the platform. Frontrows may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe that the user does not meet applicable age or consent requirements.
If you wish to receive payments or payouts through Frontrows, you must complete and maintain a valid Frontrows payout profile, including: a valid payout method (PayPal account or bank transfer details), accurate fiscal identity information (customer type, name, tax ID or VAT number where applicable, billing country), and any other information required by Frontrows for billing, identity verification and fiscal compliance.
Frontrows may perform a manual review of payout settings before activating or continuing payouts. Payout eligibility is subject to Frontrows' review and may be suspended, restricted or withdrawn at any time for compliance, fraud prevention or operational reasons.
By using Frontrows, you represent and warrant that you are allowed to use the platform under applicable law, that you are not prohibited from using online services, and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your password, allow unauthorised access to your account, sell or transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission.
You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, loss of credentials, account compromise, fraudulent activity or any other security issue.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account where we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, used unlawfully, used in breach of these Terms, used to harm other users, used for fraud or abuse, or used in a way that creates legal, security, reputational or operational risk for Frontrows.
Frontrows may allow users to create public or semi-public profiles. A profile may include information such as name, display name, artist name, biography, profile image, cover image, gallery images, social links, SEO metadata and other information you choose to provide.
You are responsible for all information, images, links and content that you publish or make available through your profile. You must ensure that your profile content is lawful, accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
You must not create a profile that impersonates another person, misrepresents your identity, falsely suggests affiliation with another person or organisation, contains unlawful or harmful content, promotes prohibited services, or redirects users to prohibited external platforms or off-platform payment flows.
Frontrows may restrict, hide, remove, reject or disable profile content or links that violate these Terms, create safety risks, infringe rights, include prohibited domains, direct users to adult or illegal services, encourage off-platform payments, or otherwise harm the platform or its users.
Frontrows may use technical rules, domain blocklists and manual review to block links to adult, pornographic, fan-subscription adult platforms, cam sites, illegal services, scam services, phishing pages, malware, counterfeit goods, gambling, suspicious payment services or other prohibited destinations.
You retain ownership of the rights you hold in the content you submit to Frontrows. However, by submitting, uploading, sending, publishing or otherwise making content available on Frontrows, you grant Frontrows a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, moderate, analyse, remove and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve and enforce the platform.
This licence is used only for purposes related to the operation of Frontrows, including profile display, message delivery, payment flow, moderation, safety, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance, troubleshooting, analytics, backups and enforcement of these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, permissions and legal bases necessary to submit your content and to grant the licence described above. You must not upload, send or publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, image rights, contractual rights or any other rights of third parties.
Frontrows does not pre-approve all user content and does not guarantee that content uploaded or sent by users is lawful, accurate, safe, appropriate or compliant with these Terms. Users are responsible for their own content and conduct.
Frontrows may allow a user or sender to send a paid message to another user, recipient. The applicable price, currency, recipient, reply deadline and other relevant information may be displayed before payment.
The minimum price for a paid message is EUR 5, unless Frontrows displays a different minimum price, currency or promotional condition for a specific feature, region, recipient or campaign.
Paid messages are subject to moderation before delivery. A payment may be authorised first, but the message may be delivered only if it passes moderation and satisfies platform rules. If the message is rejected by moderation before delivery, the related payment authorisation may be cancelled and the sender may not be charged.
You must not use paid messages to send prohibited content, harass another user, request illegal activity, share sexual or adult content, attempt off-platform payments, share private contact details to bypass the platform, manipulate or pressure another user, send spam, impersonate others, launder money, commit fraud, or violate these Terms.
Sending a paid message does not guarantee that the recipient will provide a specific type of answer, emotional reaction, business result, artistic collaboration, professional opportunity, personal relationship or any outcome other than the platform rules expressly described in the message and Refund Policy.
If a paid message is approved and delivered, the recipient may have a defined period to reply. The applicable deadline may be displayed before payment or in the message flow.
The recipient may reply, decline, or fail to reply within the applicable deadline. If the recipient declines or does not reply within the deadline, the sender may be entitled to a full refund according to our Refund Policy.
Once a reply is delivered to the sender, the paid messaging service is considered completed. After a reply is delivered, ordinary refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law or where Frontrows decides, at its discretion, to make an exception in a specific case.
If you receive a reply that you believe is abusive, unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, unsafe, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, you may report it to [email protected]. A poor, short, disappointing or non-preferred reply does not automatically create a right to refund if the service has been completed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Payments on Frontrows are processed by PayPal. PayPal accepts various payment methods, including PayPal balance, credit cards and debit cards processed through PayPal's platform. By making a payment, you agree to comply with PayPal's User Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable PayPal terms, rules and policies.
Frontrows does not store full card numbers or full payment card details. Payment processing, authorisation, capture and fraud checks are handled by PayPal. PayPal's Privacy Statement is available at paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full. PayPal's User Agreement is available at paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.
Payment methods, availability, currencies, authorisation rules, fraud checks, bank processing times, platform credits, refunds and PayPal disputes may depend on PayPal, banks, payment networks and local rules.
Frontrows may refuse, cancel, reverse or restrict a payment where we reasonably believe that the payment is fraudulent, unauthorised, suspicious, connected to prohibited content, connected to abuse, connected to money laundering risk, violates these Terms, violates payment provider rules, or creates legal or compliance risk.
Frontrows may charge a platform fee for paid messages and other monetised features. Unless otherwise displayed, the Frontrows platform fee for paid messages is 20% of the relevant transaction amount.
PayPal processing fees are deducted from the recipient's payout amount unless the platform displays a different fee allocation for a specific feature, transaction, country or payment method.
To receive payouts, users must provide and maintain a valid payout method. Frontrows currently supports two payout methods:
PayPal: a valid PayPal account email address;
Bank transfer: a valid IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code and account holder name.
Payouts are processed manually by Frontrows, generally around the 15th of the following calendar month, for all completed messages in the preceding month. Frontrows reserves the right to adjust payout timing, frequency or method based on operational, compliance, fraud prevention or payment provider requirements.
Frontrows may perform a manual review (KYC) of payout settings before releasing payouts. Users whose payout profile is incomplete, unverified, suspended or flagged may experience delayed or blocked payouts. Frontrows will notify users of payout status changes where reasonably possible.
Frontrows may not be able to release payouts if: payout profile is incomplete; the payout method is invalid; fiscal identity information is missing or incorrect; a transaction is under review, disputed, refunded, reversed or blocked; or PayPal or other payment providers restrict the transaction.
Recipients are solely responsible for their own taxes, invoices, declarations, accounting, social security, business registrations, professional obligations and any other fiscal or legal obligations arising from amounts received through Frontrows.
Frontrows does not act as an employer, withholding agent, substitute tax agent, tax representative, accountant, fiscal advisor or financial advisor for users or recipients. You should consult your own tax, accounting or legal advisor if you are unsure about your obligations.
Frontrows may store payout information, including payout method, payout email, IBAN, BIC, account holder, fiscal identity, payout status, review status, transfer identifiers, transaction status, platform fee, recipient amount and related audit information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds, cancellations and payment outcomes are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
As a general rule:
if a paid message is rejected by moderation before delivery, the payment authorisation may be cancelled and the sender may not be charged;
if the recipient declines the message after it has been delivered, the sender may receive a full refund;
if the recipient does not reply within the applicable deadline, the sender may receive a full refund;
if a reply is delivered, the service is considered completed and ordinary refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law or decided by Frontrows in exceptional cases.
Platform credit is issued automatically for declined or expired messages and is immediately available in the sender's account balance. Monetary refunds, where applicable, are processed via PayPal and timing may depend on PayPal, banks and local payment systems. Frontrows cannot guarantee the exact time required for a monetary refund to appear.
You should contact [email protected] or [email protected] before initiating a PayPal dispute or Buyer Protection claim, especially if you believe there has been a technical error, abuse, unauthorised transaction or incorrect credit or refund status.
Frontrows may use automated moderation, AI moderation, manual review and technical controls to detect, prevent, restrict or remove content and conduct that may violate these Terms, applicable law, payment provider rules, safety standards or platform policies.
Paid messages and replies may be analysed before delivery. Moderation may affect whether a message or reply is approved, rejected, delayed, escalated for manual review, blocked, removed or otherwise restricted.
Moderation may check for categories including, but not limited to:
sexual, erotic or adult content;
sexual content involving minors or any minor safety risk;
harassment, bullying, threats or hostile conduct;
hate speech or discriminatory content;
violence, threats of violence or graphic violent content;
illegal activities, illegal goods or illegal services;
self-harm, suicide or dangerous instructions;
spam, scams, fraud or deceptive behaviour;
money laundering risk or suspicious payment behaviour;
attempts to move conversations, payments or transactions outside Frontrows;
sharing of private contact details to bypass the platform;
manipulation, coercion, blackmail, reputational threats or emotional pressure;
personal data of third parties, sensitive information or privacy-invasive content;
content involving minors in an unsafe, exploitative, sexual or abusive context;
borderline or ambiguous content that creates platform, legal, safety or compliance risk.
Frontrows may use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to support moderation, classification and safety review. Message and reply text may be sent to such providers for moderation purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI moderation is not perfect. It may fail to detect some harmful or prohibited content, and it may incorrectly flag content that is lawful or acceptable. Frontrows does not guarantee that moderation decisions will always be complete, accurate, immediate or error-free.
Where appropriate, Frontrows may perform manual review. Manual review may occur in connection with abuse reports, legal requests, payment disputes, fraud checks, moderation errors, suspicious activity, technical issues, user complaints or platform safety investigations.
You may report content, messages, replies, profiles or behaviour that you believe violates these Terms by contacting [email protected]. Please include relevant details, such as the username, profile URL, message reference, screenshots where appropriate, and a clear explanation of the issue.
You must not use Frontrows to create, upload, publish, send, request, promote, facilitate, monetise or otherwise engage in prohibited content or conduct.
The following are strictly prohibited:
sexual, erotic, pornographic, adult or explicit content;
content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, harmful, unsafe or illegal context;
harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, threats, insults or repeated unwanted contact;
hate speech, discriminatory content or attacks based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
violent threats, encouragement of violence, graphic violence or instructions to harm people or animals;
self-harm instructions, encouragement of suicide, dangerous behaviour or harmful challenges;
illegal activities, illegal goods, illegal services or requests to commit unlawful acts;
fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity deception or misleading behaviour;
money laundering, suspicious payment activity, fake transactions or attempts to disguise the source or destination of funds;
attempts to move payments, transactions, paid messages or commercial interactions outside Frontrows;
sharing phone numbers, email addresses, payment links, private handles, external payment instructions or other contact details for the purpose of bypassing Frontrows;
spam, mass messaging, automated messaging, irrelevant promotional content or unsolicited advertising;
manipulation, coercion, blackmail, emotional pressure, threats to reputation, doxxing or extortion;
publication or transmission of personal data of third parties without a lawful basis and all required permissions;
publication or transmission of sensitive personal data, identity documents, banking credentials, passwords, security codes or private information that is not necessary for the use of the platform;
copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit goods, piracy, unauthorised use of music, images, videos, names, brands or likenesses;
malware, viruses, scraping, credential harvesting, unauthorised access, security testing without permission or attempts to disrupt the service;
gambling, betting, unlicensed financial services, high-risk investment schemes, crypto scams or misleading money-making schemes;
content or conduct that violates payment provider rules, card network rules, sanctions, export controls or applicable law;
any use of Frontrows that creates legal, reputational, operational, security or compliance risk for Frontrows or its users.
This list is not exhaustive. Frontrows may restrict or remove any content or activity that we reasonably consider harmful, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, non-compliant or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
Frontrows is not an adult content platform. You must not use Frontrows to publish, request, sell, promote, link to or facilitate pornographic, erotic, sexually explicit, adult entertainment, escort, cam, fetish, fan-subscription adult or similar content or services.
Frontrows may block, remove or restrict links to adult platforms, pornographic websites, cam websites, adult fan-subscription platforms, adult link aggregators and other prohibited destinations. This may include, without limitation, platforms similar to OnlyFans, Fansly, adult cam websites, pornographic websites and adult link-in-bio services.
Attempts to bypass blocked domains, disguise adult links, use URL shorteners to hide prohibited destinations, or direct users to prohibited external services may result in content removal, payment restrictions, account suspension or termination.
Frontrows provides a paid messaging infrastructure. You must not use Frontrows to bypass the platform's payment, moderation or communication systems.
You must not request, share, promote or facilitate off-platform payments in connection with a paid message or platform interaction, including payments through bank transfer, PayPal, crypto wallets, payment links, external checkout pages, gift cards, cash apps or other external payment methods.
You must not use paid messages or replies to move the conversation to external contact channels for the purpose of avoiding Frontrows fees, moderation, safety controls or payment rules. This includes sharing phone numbers, email addresses, private social handles, messaging app usernames, private community links or other external contact details where the purpose is to bypass Frontrows.
Frontrows may moderate, reject, remove or restrict messages and replies that attempt off-platform payment or contact bypass. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension, payout restriction or termination.
Users who receive money, payouts, benefits, business opportunities or other value through Frontrows are solely responsible for determining and complying with their own tax, accounting, invoicing, reporting, social security, employment, professional, business registration and legal obligations.
Where applicable law (including EU VAT rules and the CJEU Fenix ruling, Case C-695/20) treats Frontrows as a deemed supplier of digital services for VAT purposes, prices displayed on the platform may include or be subject to VAT or equivalent indirect taxes. Frontrows reserves the right to adjust displayed prices or add taxes in accordance with applicable law. Recipients remain responsible for their own VAT, income tax and fiscal obligations on amounts they receive.
Frontrows does not provide tax, legal, accounting, employment or financial advice. Frontrows does not determine whether a user is acting as a consumer, professional, freelancer, business, company, artist, professional, influencer, agency or other category under applicable law.
Frontrows does not act as an employer, principal, agent, manager, withholding agent, substitute tax agent, fiscal representative or tax collector for users, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for issuing invoices, receipts or other documentation where required by applicable law. You are responsible for declaring income, paying taxes, complying with VAT or sales tax obligations where applicable, and complying with any local rules that apply to your activity.
If you are unsure about your obligations, you should consult a qualified tax, accounting or legal advisor in your country.
Frontrows, including its software, platform design, interface, features, code, databases, workflows, logos, trademarks, trade names, branding, visual elements, documentation and other materials, is owned by Frontrows or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use Frontrows only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, resell, exploit, frame, mirror or create derivative works from Frontrows or any part of the platform, except where expressly permitted by law or by Frontrows in writing.
You must not use Frontrows trademarks, logos, branding or trade names without our prior written permission, except to truthfully identify Frontrows as the platform you use, and only in a way that does not suggest endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation where none exists.
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights you hold in your own content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Frontrows.
However, by submitting content to Frontrows, you grant Frontrows the limited licence described in these Terms to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, analyse and use that content as necessary to provide and operate the platform.
You represent and warrant that:
you own your content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and submit it;
your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights or other third-party rights;
your content does not violate applicable law or these Terms;
your content does not contain malware, hidden tracking, unlawful material or prohibited content;
you have obtained all necessary consents from any person appearing in or identifiable from your content.
Frontrows may remove, restrict or disable content that allegedly infringes third-party rights, violates these Terms, creates legal risk or is reported by rights holders or competent authorities.
If you believe that content available on Frontrows infringes your copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy rights or other legal rights, you may contact us at [email protected].
Your report should include:
your full name and contact information;
a clear description of the right you claim has been infringed;
the URL, username, profile, message reference or other information that helps us identify the content;
evidence that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder;
a statement that the information in your report is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Frontrows may remove or restrict the reported content, contact the user who published it, request further information, reject incomplete reports, preserve evidence, or take other action that we consider appropriate under applicable law and platform rules.
Frontrows relies on third-party services to operate the platform, including payment processors, hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, email providers, AI providers, analytics tools, anti-abuse tools and other infrastructure or technology providers.
These third-party services may have their own terms, policies and privacy notices. Your use of Frontrows may require you to interact with or be subject to the terms of such third parties, especially PayPal for payments and payouts.
Frontrows is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, security, errors, decisions, restrictions, suspensions, account closures, payout delays, compliance checks or policies of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Frontrows is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep the platform reliable and accessible, but we do not guarantee that Frontrows will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fast or compatible with every device, browser or location.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, remove or discontinue any part of Frontrows at any time, including features, flows, pricing options, platform tools, payment methods, messaging tools, moderation rules, analytics tools, profile features or other platform components.
We may perform maintenance, updates, bug fixes, security patches, infrastructure changes and emergency interventions. These activities may temporarily affect availability or functionality.
Some features may be experimental, in beta, limited to certain users, available only in certain countries, or subject to additional requirements. We may change or remove such features without guaranteeing continued availability.
We may suspend, restrict, disable or terminate your account or access to Frontrows if we reasonably believe that:
you violated these Terms or other applicable policies;
you provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
your account has been compromised or used without authorisation;
you used Frontrows for fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, illegal activity or prohibited content;
you attempted to bypass payment, payout, moderation or platform rules;
your activity creates legal, financial, security, reputational or operational risk;
a payment provider, bank, card network, regulator, court or authority requires or recommends restriction;
we need to protect Frontrows, users, third parties or the integrity of the platform.
Suspension or termination may affect your ability to send messages, receive replies, access content, receive payouts, use your profile, withdraw funds or use other platform features.
Where legally and technically possible, we may allow you to resolve pending payments, refunds, disputes or legal obligations. However, we may withhold, delay, reverse or block payouts where necessary for fraud prevention, chargebacks, refunds, investigations, sanctions, payment provider rules, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
You may stop using Frontrows at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us or using any account deletion tools made available through the platform. Account deletion is subject to the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy.
If you believe that a user, profile, message, reply, link, payment request or other content violates these Terms or applicable law, you may report it to [email protected].
Your report should include enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue, such as:
the profile URL, username or account involved;
a description of the issue;

Frontrows may review reports and take action where appropriate, including no action, requesting more information, warning a user, removing content, rejecting a message, restricting a profile, suspending an account, blocking payouts, reporting to providers or authorities, or taking other measures.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome for every report. We may not be able to share details of our investigation, especially where doing so would affect privacy, security, legal obligations, fraud prevention or the rights of other users.
For users located in the European Union, certain platform transparency and user protection rules may apply under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, also known as the Digital Services Act.
Frontrows may act as a provider of an online platform or hosting service for certain user-generated content. We may moderate content and accounts through automated tools, AI systems, manual review, user reports, technical controls, payment restrictions and enforcement of these Terms.
Where required by applicable law, users may have rights to receive information about certain moderation decisions and to challenge or report content decisions.
If you believe that a moderation decision, account restriction or platform action was incorrect, you may submit a complaint to [email protected]. To help us review your complaint, please include:
your transaction reference or message reference, as displayed in your Expenses section or in the notification email you received;
a clear description of the issue and why you believe the decision was incorrect;
any relevant screenshots, message references or account information.
Frontrows will review complaints based on the position of both the sender and the recipient, the content involved, the applicable platform rules and any relevant context. We will communicate our decision via email.
Frontrows is a small platform and does not meet the threshold for very large online platforms (45 million average monthly active users in the EU) under the DSA. Accordingly, certain additional DSA obligations applicable to very large platforms do not apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. These rights may include rights relating to transparent pricing, unfair terms, digital services, refunds, withdrawal, defective services, misleading practices and dispute resolution.
Frontrows provides digital services that may be performed immediately after payment, including moderation, delivery of a paid message and delivery of a reply. By proceeding with a paid message, you acknowledge that the service may begin immediately and that the applicable refund rules are described before payment and in our Refund Policy.
As a general rule, if a paid message is rejected by moderation before delivery, the payment authorisation may be cancelled and you may not be charged. If the recipient declines or does not reply within the applicable deadline, you may receive a full refund. If a reply is delivered, the service is considered completed and ordinary refunds are not available, except where required by mandatory law or where Frontrows decides to make an exception.

Frontrows is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
Frontrows will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
all technical errors, bugs or vulnerabilities will be corrected immediately;
all content will be accurate, lawful, safe, appropriate or complete;
all prohibited content will be detected or removed;
AI moderation or manual moderation will always be accurate, complete or error-free;
a recipient will reply in a specific way, with a specific length, tone, quality, emotion, result or outcome;
using Frontrows will create personal, professional, artistic, business, commercial or financial opportunities;
payments, platform credits, monetary refunds or payouts will be processed instantly, because timing may depend on PayPal, banks and payment networks;
third-party services will always be available, accurate, compliant or error-free.
Frontrows does not endorse, verify or guarantee any user, profile, message, reply, social link, external website, offer, opinion, statement, identity, artistic claim, professional claim or user-generated content, unless we expressly state otherwise.
Any interaction between users is at their own responsibility. You should use judgment before sharing information, relying on statements, sending messages, making payments or engaging with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontrows and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, reputation, opportunities or anticipated savings, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontrows will not be liable for damages or losses arising from:
your use of, or inability to use, Frontrows;
user-generated content, messages, replies, profiles or external links;
the conduct, omissions, statements or actions of other users;
payment delays, refund delays, payout delays, chargebacks or payment provider restrictions;
payout profile verification failures, PayPal account restrictions, KYC review outcomes or payout restrictions;
third-party service outages, errors, policies, restrictions or decisions;
moderation decisions, including automated or AI-assisted moderation decisions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law;
unauthorised access to your account where caused by your failure to protect your credentials;
external websites, social links or services accessed from Frontrows;
tax, accounting, business, professional or legal consequences connected to your use of Frontrows.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontrows' total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Frontrows will be limited to the greater of: the amount of platform fees actually retained by Frontrows in relation to your transactions during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Frontrows and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, licensors and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
your breach of these Terms;
your use or misuse of Frontrows;
your content, profile, messages, replies, links or user-generated materials;
your infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights;
your violation of applicable law or payment provider rules;
your fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal conduct, off-platform payment attempts or prohibited content;
your tax, accounting, reporting, business, professional or legal obligations;
your interaction, dispute, agreement or transaction with another user.
This indemnity does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
Frontrows does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, professional, medical, psychological, safety or business advice.
Any information displayed on Frontrows, including platform notices, user content, payment information, fee information, moderation notices or support communications, is provided for platform operation purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice.
You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where needed, especially in relation to taxes, accounting, consumer obligations, business registration, professional activity, professional income, intellectual property, employment status, contracts or local legal requirements.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Frontrows, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in that policy.
Messages, replies and other content may be processed for delivery, moderation, safety, payment, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance and platform integrity. Some content may be analysed by automated systems and third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use Frontrows to collect, publish, share, sell, misuse or unlawfully process personal data of other users or third parties. You must not send unnecessary sensitive personal data, identity documents, payment credentials, passwords, private contact details or personal data of minors through the platform.
If you process personal data of another person through Frontrows, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis and all required permissions.
Frontrows may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the platform, keep users logged in, remember preferences, protect security, process payments, measure analytics and support marketing activities where permitted.
Strictly necessary technologies may be used without consent where allowed by applicable law. Analytics and marketing technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel where enabled, are used according to your consent preferences where consent is required.

We may contact you by email, platform notification or other available communication methods for service-related purposes, including account verification, authentication, security notices, message notifications, reply reminders, payment status, refunds, moderation notices, policy updates and support communications.
Service-related communications are necessary for the operation of Frontrows and may be sent even if you do not consent to marketing communications.
If we offer marketing communications, newsletters or promotional emails, we will send them only where permitted by law and according to your consent or marketing preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications where required by law.
Frontrows may contain links to external websites, social profiles, music platforms, payment pages, profile links or third-party services. These links are provided for convenience or as part of user-generated content.
Frontrows does not control and is not responsible for external websites or third-party services. External websites may have their own terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, content rules, payment rules and security practices.
You access external links at your own risk. Frontrows may block or remove links that violate these Terms or create platform, legal, safety, security or compliance risk.
You may not assign, transfer or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Frontrows may assign, transfer or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets, financing, corporate restructuring, change of control, transfer of business or by operation of law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
If Frontrows does not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver of rights must be express and in writing to be effective.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies or notices incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frontrows regarding your use of the platform.
They replace any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications or agreements relating to the same subject matter, unless a separate written agreement signed by Frontrows expressly states otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded by contract under the laws applicable to you.
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, Frontrows or your use of the platform will be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings or rely on mandatory protections in the courts or dispute resolution bodies of your country of residence, where such rights cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, features, payment flows, moderation practices, legal requirements, providers, business model or operational needs.
When we update these Terms, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, for example by email, platform notification, banner, account notice or renewed acceptance flow where appropriate.
Your continued use of Frontrows after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Frontrows.
